About Me

Hi, I’m Jp. I’m the 51-year-old, lucky husband of Nora. We live in Holly Springs, NC, having moved here from Minnesota in 2018.

I live with depression and avoidant personality disorder. As best I can tell, I’ve dealt my whole life with these conditions, and they have significantly directed the course of my life. I plan to sprinkle in those stories as I bore you with some of the mundane facets of my day-to-day.

I have an 8-year-old podcast about living with mental illness. I’ve neglected it for a while, but I have hopes of picking things up.

I pretty much have the focus, emotional IQ, and maturity of a teenager. With that said, buckle up and enjoy the ride.
